But many women do not go running alone because they are afraid. Gender-based violence is a real threat that is on the streets. Until this is eradicated, women need initiatives that help them feel safe and that function as a wake-up call to society. This is how "Sincronizadas" was born, an app to put women runners in contact with each other so that they can go running in a group whenever they want. An idea that started a necessary conversation in society.
